  Perfect place for families and others , who want a joyful place with great 1.1 m deep pool, kids allowed to play in pool, volleyball and table tennis for free. Big apartments fully equipped.... In the middle of the cost town of EGLETONS in beautiful nature setting, perfekt for trekking, biking and relaxing. Fantastic service from the staff reception, the are were knowledgeable of the local area and give you suggestions of what to see and do around. Super place for 4-5 nights..

  I do not recommend this place for vacations! We were eager to discover but very quickly disappointed! Only false advertising, we found accommodation on rb&b, nothing looked like it at all. A TV that doesn't work, actually no remote control for a week in the accommodation and unable to provide a remote control which almost cost us. Lack of a framework and something to do housework. The bed is hard as wood and the bed is not at all comfortable. In addition, spaces in the parking lot are always taken, forcing you to move outside. One cm of dust on the bathroom ventilation system. The smoke detector sounds for nothing, there must be a problem. The dishes are disgusting, full of grease, nothing to wash. The deposit of 300 euros required by card or cash does not take checks although nothing was indicated. I'm not going to make the whole list because I wouldn't even have enough space to write everything, very disappointed, especially since we had to cancel because my brother had an operation and I would like to point out that it was not a small operation but with all the documents which prove that we could not leave the tenant refused this but either we paid for 6 and we did not go or we paid for 6 and we went at 4! We do not anticipate health problems, this is unacceptable

  Good morning I am a regular at Egletons vacaceole, This year was catastrophic, we booked 2 nights with our children. I call at 5 p.m. to warn that I will arrive a little later than the reception time, I come across Sandrine who is very very unpleasant, who tells me I don't hear a car you are not on the road , who gives me moral lessons with a very haughty air. She tells me you just have to think about it first, lots of thoughts which are shameful for an establishment like yours and to which we were loyal. Value judgment is unacceptable! She takes me for a liar when I say that the deposit I made in check in other years. She was supposed to send me an email with late arrival instructions, something she never did. Fortunately I asked for the accommodation number by telephone. Otherwise we were outside. Arrived at the accommodation a little before 8 p.m. and there it was a disaster we had D1 accommodation for 6, cobwebs everywhere, holes in the doors, a cupboard under the kitchen worktop without doors with a access to knives and cutlery for children, no security, anxiety when you have young children like me. The beds were not made, it is accommodation for 6 but we only had 5 cushions, marks all over the walls, hair in the freezer, and so on (obviously I took photos and they are dated and with the time) with all that we were not able to spend a 2nd night and we left earlier than planned, I have children disappointed to leave earlier, but I did not come on vacation to stress at the the idea of ​​my 2 year old grabbing a knife. This is unacceptable!!! Nothing was right, neither the welcome by Sandrine who is very haughty nor the accommodation nor the hygiene, it's not worthy of the price we paid. And above all I had to shorten my stay.
