The room was practical and clean, however, it wasn't very soundproof.

First of all, don't bother replying to me, dear customer, because I will never be your customer again. I'm setting foot in a Première Classe hotel after being a loyal customer for the past 10 years. So, let's start with your guy at reception. He's acting like a bully. We're not here to fight. He should work at the hotel; it's not safe. I hope you fire this guy because he's going to cause you problems. Secondly, you have key machines outside the hotel that are out of order. No one answers the phone number you provided, and it's asking me to pay twice even though I already paid through Booking.com. So, it's an emergency number? The hotel is not up to standard in terms of safety and hygiene; it's a complete disaster. I'm never going back to this hotel. I hope it closes down soon. To answer, do not respond to a customer request, because no one is more interested in your customer, I will be in a first class hotel when it is established with us for 10 years As if we were waiting for you at the reception, we have many large arms, we are not afraid to touch it, we only have to work in the hotel, we are not safe. Hope this is the case because you will experience problems From the machines that hold the keys to the hotel, they provide service. The number that could be answered.
