Also known as indoor soccer, this sport is played in teams of 5 players who compete on two soft synthetic turf pitches. Enclosed by barriers and nets, they allow both amateurs and professional soccer players to train and score the best goals of the day. Book your slot online, listen to the instructions, and get ready to have fun! Equipment is provided (ball, bib, and shoes) for a 5-a-side match lasting 60 minutes. Approved squash courts for practicing your skills. This intense sport is accessible to children from age 7. The rules are simple, but the game isn't so easy, as it involves hitting the ball back and forth, which bounces off a wall in such a way that your opponent cannot return it. At the Complex, there are 3 regulation squash courts surrounded by walls, allowing beginners and experienced players alike to compete in pairs. Quality equipment is provided on site (shoes, balls, rackets), and reservations can be made online. Sessions last 45 minutes, but rest assured, you'll have plenty of time to work up a sweat!

Good to know: The Complex organizes squash tournaments every 6 weeks on Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 10 pm. Registration is required.
