Saint-Robert is a pretty little village, which is perched at an altitude of 350m and enjoys a very pretty view from the Jardin Philippe Ranoux. The 12th century church^, which is in fact the former priory of a Benedictine monastery, is at the center of the village which wraps around it. Its Roman style is elegant and sober. Things to do around Saint-Robert:

• The Arboretum de la Tuillière in Ayen: a magnificent botanical garden with 1700 species of trees and plants. It is a place of sharing around plants, a soothing and educational place for children. Activities are organized there for all audiences in season.
• The small village of Perpezac-le-Blanc is set on a limestone mound, the houses here are a little different because they are built of this whiter stone than what is usually found in Corrèze. We are close to the Lot and the Dordogne! In the village, artists' studios, small local shops, all in a warm atmosphere. In the village, a listed 12th century Romanesque church has been restored. In the town, the Château du Puy (private) offers beautiful views of the town and you can see from the outside the beauty of this completely redone building with a beautiful interior courtyard and a dungeon. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walking the Sentier de la Mine, a short 7-kilometre hike where you will come across signs to learn more about the local flora and fauna.
• Juillac is a small charming old stone village, which is the starting point for hikes in the Gorges de la Roche, pleasant in all seasons but especially in summer (beware of the river which can be turbulent after heavy rains and in winter). After 2 hours of walking, you will even reach a waterfall!
