  Yesterday, I visited the Jardins de Sothys restaurant and was filled with a sense of great satisfaction. The setting, a superbly restored barn with a breathtaking view of the lake, is simply magical and invites serenity. I enjoyed a meal of the highest quality and finesse. Chef Jean-Michel Salcedo's cuisine, which blends tradition and modernity, is a true culinary discovery. One senses a deep respect for seasonality and the quality of the produce, most of which is local. Each dish tells a story, with accents of both the Corrèze region and the chef's travels. The menu is very interesting, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor combinations. The service is impeccable and attentive, helping to make this meal a memorable experience. As another review states, it's "a gift for making simple things sublime." I highly recommend this establishment for an idyllic break, fragrant and masterful cuisine in a magnificent setting.

  I come here about four times a year. But last night, what I had the privilege of dining on was exceptional. A total success. Service, presentation, dishes. The gift of making simple things sublime. A rare moment. Thank you!
