  Yesterday, I visited the Jardins de Sothys restaurant and was filled with a sense of immense satisfaction. The setting, a superbly restored former barn with a breathtaking view of the lake, is simply magical and invites serenity. I enjoyed a meal of exceptional quality and exquisite finesse. Chef Jean-Michel Salcedo's cuisine, which blends tradition and modernity, is a true culinary discovery. One senses a deep respect for seasonality and the quality of the ingredients, most of which are locally sourced. Each dish tells a story, with hints of both the Corrèze region and the chef's travels. The menu is very interesting, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor combinations. The service is impeccable and attentive, contributing to making this meal a truly memorable experience. As another reviewer noted, it's "a gift for elevating simple things." I highly recommend this establishment for an idyllic break, fragrant and expertly prepared cuisine in a magnificent setting.

  I come about four times a year. But last night, what I had the privilege of dining at was exceptional. A complete success. Service, presentation, dishes. The gift of elevating simple things. A rare moment. Thank you!
