Craft beers of various styles and flavors in Corrèze

At Brasserie Corrézienne, beer is more than just a color. Blonde, white, or amber are merely visual markers. The brewery prioritizes style, flavor, aroma, balance, and surprise. Each beer is conceived as a creator of emotions and shared experiences, inviting discovery and enjoyment. This artisanal approach gives rise to a vibrant range of 10 to 15 beers, evolving with the seasons and the brewer's inspiration.

Taste at the heart of Corrèze craft beers

Taste is the cornerstone of Brasserie Corrézienne in Marcillac-la-Croze. The combination of water, malt, hops, and yeast opens the door to millions of possible combinations. The brewery thus offers smooth and malty beers, light or stronger beers, beers with intense aromas and refreshing bitterness, sour beers, and even barrel-aged beers. All these artisanal creations, brewed in Corrèze, are designed to be savored and shared.

A brewery committed to the environment in Corrèze

Environmental commitment is a key focus for Brasserie Corrézienne in Marcillac-la-Croze. 90% of the raw materials used are organically grown, with malt sourced largely from the Occitane malt house. Producing organic and locally produced beers in Corrèze is a priority. The production facilities have been optimized to reduce water and energy consumption, and a photovoltaic system covers nearly 50% of the brewery's electricity needs. Over 80% of the beer is consumed within a 100 km radius, promoting short supply chains and controlled growth.

A place to discover for its different beers. A very friendly welcome and musical evenings. Recommended for relaxing with friends over a drink. In addition, there is a large parking lot with tables outside and a covered area with a playground for children.

Walked into this brewery, and the brewer didn't offer much advice, but the beers were very good and of high quality... So, how's it going?
