La Ferme du Puy de l'Aiguille is an authentic working farm located in Puy-d'Arnac, in the Corrèze region. Livestock farming & artisanal dairy products

At La Ferme du Puy de l'Aiguille, raising dairy cows of the Prim'Holstein, Jersey, and Montbéliarde breeds is at the heart of the farm. The herd is fed primarily with forage produced on the farm, guaranteeing a healthy diet and superior quality raw milk that is processed daily. The farm produces a wide range of farmstead raw milk cheeses, yogurts, dessert creams, and other artisanal dairy products, made using traditional methods to preserve the local flavors. Among the specialties are flagship products such as Caillade, Faisselle, palets, aged cheeses, and plain and fruit yogurts.
