There is no shortage of culinary pleasures in Corrèze with numerous restaurants and passionate artisans who are keen to highlight their region, through a menu dedicated to specialties. Located in the center of France, Corrèze offers a rich terroir renowned for its fruits, mushrooms and meat with fragrant flavors. Between Ussel and Soursac, Argentat and Brive-la-Gaillarde or Treignac-le-Château and Bugeat, you will love tasting local specialties in Corrèze restaurants, farm inns or even tea rooms.

Once seated at your table, all you have to do is order. On the menu, it's difficult to miss the famous foie gras often accompanied by fig, Limousin Label Rouge beef or mother-raised veal, quality products appreciated for their flavor and texture. River fish are also on the menu, including trout and char, as well as specialties such as Millassou (grated potato pancake) or mic (leavened and poached bread ball).
