Open from noon to 11 pm from June to August, as well as on weekends and public holidays in May, Chez Armand invites young and old to enjoy delicious food in a unique setting. Chez Armand is a place where people love to gather, meet, and enjoy delicious food. Run with a smile and good humor by Juliette, originally from Belgium, and her husband and business partner, Benjamin, this establishment, open to all, has stood the test of time. Benjamin's great-grandfather, Jules, ran a tannery here, which closed with the arrival of rubber, becoming the Chez Armand laundry (how fitting!), which gave its name to the restaurant-café in Uzerche. After a few years of neglect, the establishment has been revived and welcomes the curious, food lovers, tourists, locals, and bon vivants to share good times with family or friends over simple dishes in a warm and friendly atmosphere. A play area is also available, perfect for extending the meal with laughter for young and old alike.

A guinguette is all about sharing ! Sharing good times and good food in a 100% friendly, intergenerational atmosphere. The simple yet enticing menu makes you want to order everything: burgers, vegetarian dishes, tapas, meat dishes, and salads, most often accompanied by fries cooked in beef fat, meant to be eaten with your fingers (thanks, Juliette, for the Belgian touch!). Quality products are sourced locally whenever possible, like the cabécou cheese from south of Brive or the vegetables from the market gardener. Fancy dessert? Treat yourself to a scoop of ice cream or a delicious Brussels waffle.
