Jean takes great pleasure in tending his vines daily, 3.5 hectares planted with noble grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon for his white straw wine, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon for his red straw wine. A winemaker and farmer, Jean also produces walnut oil and duck preserves, such as foie gras and duck confit, on his estate.
