Thank you for confirming, in your own message, that the deposit was withheld not for damage, but for alleged "bad behavior." However, it's important to remember that the deposit is a sum paid as a financial guarantee, intended to cover possible material damage or losses suffered by the establishment. It should under no circumstances be used arbitrarily or punitively, especially in the absence of any damage, theft, or breakage. For our part, we respected the staff far more than we were respected in return. If a deposit were to be collected for inappropriate behavior, it would be up to us to request one.

  This karting is truly a disaster. We came this afternoon with a group of friends and we don't understand how it's possible to be unpleasant and not business-like like that. I think that a minimum intellectual level is necessary to run a business like this. The premises are very good, but the big problem is the manager who literally has no respect or business know-how. I think we should consider a career change.

  A very disappointing experience. The setting could have been nice for a paintball day with friends, but the staff completely ruined the atmosphere. The welcome was frosty, with no desire to provide information or properly explain the rules. We felt like we were intruding with every question. One of the staff members even became verbally aggressive because we didn't understand an instruction (poorly explained, of course). We came to have fun, and we left frustrated. Avoid if you want to have a good time.
